I have been taking my F-150 to Ford of Fort Mill for years. After a they gave me the run-a-round for a simple warranty covered battery issue, I decided to find someone else who will appreciate my hard earned money more then they did. After seeing the reviews from other folks about Shell Rapid lube, I had to see for myself. What a breath of fresh air! Everyone there was respectful, legitimately asked how your day was, not just saying hi like it's a requirement. They also thanked me for my service over and over! The appointment and service was over before I knew it. Fast, Efficient, and friendly! Will definitely be using them anytime I need service done!
