I was referred to Mr. Jim's Service Center by his niece. While she raved about his service, I was skeptical because I had taken my vehicle to another shop which, in my opinion, took advantage of me because I know very little about cars, especially Audis. However, my engine light came on and the last time that happened it ran me $1200.00. Needless to say, I was a bit nervous, but called Mr. Jim and he was gracious and asked me to bring the car in Monday. Well that was the very best call and service that I have received regarding my vehicle. As it turned out, it was my oil light and the brakes needed to be replaced. Mr. Jim and his crew of talented and respectable gentlemen, took very good care of me and my car. Mr. Jim understood my concerns and talked me through the entire process. In addition to that, Mr. Jim and his crew are Christian men with an agenda to serve God's people and extend the love of God to those who are in need of his mercy and grace. I also had the privilege of meeting Mr. Richard "The Bus Ministry" man. He was such a delightful man who also shares the love of God wherever he goes and with whomever will allow him audience. While this was a review to thank Mr. Jim and his crew for their prompt and professional service, it is also a heartfelt thank you for demonstrating the love of God to all who enter your establishment. Mr. Jim, thank you again for your graciousness and "real talk" regarding my car needs and just know that you have a customer and friend for life. By the way, my sister will bring her car to your shop because it's hard to find good and honest car service centers and yours deserves an honorable distinction and merit for "best service"!!! I left Jim's Service Center with a smile on my face and in my heart! So until my next service need, thank you Mr. Jim and crew for all you do!!! Constance R. Adams
