Always courteous and quick. This shop is run well. The owner (yes, he is there working, too) and employees are always pleasant, knowledgeable and honest. The prices are fair and the service is fast and done right the first time. A welcome change/alternative to today's dealerships.

I love the guys at the Shell Rapid Lube. I never have any doubts about about their service and their care of my vehicle. I trust them and tht is saying a lot given the fact I have always been leary of mechanics, feeling like I have been taken advantage of. I have never have that feeling when I leave there. I am always treated with respect and any question I have ever had has always been answered and they always make sure I understand what they are going to do to my car before the work is done. Thank God for guys that still treat women with respect!

Very wonderful service. My serpentine belt was almost worn though. When they showed me the condition of the belt I had it changed right away. Come to find out after we both looked at the belt it was the original belt that came on my truck, My wife and me are both retired and have been traveling a lot. I hate to think what would have happened if that belt broke on the road. Oh, by the way other service centers even the dealership never said any thing...My truck has 180,000 miles on it and I know where I will be bring both of my cars for future service....Thanks for the great service and God Bless You...
