I have been to Shell Rapid Lube twice. The first time I took my wife's van in for an oil change. They looked it over and came back out and told me I wasn't due yet. I dont know how I miss read my next service due sticker but they could have easily preformed an unneeded oil change and taken my money. They didn't, but they did vacuum the floors for me and sent me on my way for $0. I promised myself to go back and when I did I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great service!
