These guys are so honest. A gentleman came in for an oil change while I was waiting on my brakes to be replaced. The technician notified the gentleman that he still had 1,000 miles before he was due for an oil change to make sure he still wanted one. (He did as he had a long trip planned for the next day.) They've taken great care of both our vehicles since moving here last year.

The team here is always great to deal with. You're in and out in about 30 minutes or less and they always take care to explain what was done. Definitely recommend!

Too much to say about how I feel about the team at shell rapid lube but I will say myself and my family have been going there for years . I have never once felt any sales pressure or any game playing in my opinion this is the best service center in the Carolina's . Keep up the good work guys thanks for your amazing service.
